Twelve years ago,we had our meet cute at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, while Matt was working on schoolwork with our friend Ally. Ayesha came in looking for Ally to help with some calculus homework, conveniently a subject that Matt could help her on. And Ayesha was able to help Matt with her amazing grammar on his English paper! Within a few months we were dating and have been in each other’s lives ever since. Throughout the years we have had some great adventures together!

Matt proposed to Ayesha in Maui on August 21, 2021 while watching a beautiful sunset. Soon after, we were married in an intimate ceremony surrounded by our immediate families on March 24, 2022. We got married in Carmel-by-the-Sea overlooking the majestic Big Sur in California.

We have since moved back across the United States to Pennsylvania to be closer to both of our families. PS. Ally, if you made it this far, thanks for introducing us!

● Ayesha’s favorite American food is a lobster roll and Matt’s favorite Ecuadorian food is shrimp ceviche.

● Ayesha’s favorite place in the US is Carmel-by-the-Sea and Matt’s favorite place in Ecuador is Cajas.

● Matt always lets Ayesha have the window seat on a plane and Ayesha lets Matt have the last bite of food!

● We enjoy going on walks together at the end of a long work day.
